Carbon reduction used to be a phrase which sat on the ’nice to do‘ list for businesses. From April 2010 over 200,000 large businesses across the UK need to measure and record their business energy use and calculate carbon dioxide emissions annually or face stiff fines. The legislation will apply to all businesses from April 2012.
