testWhilst this is a great addition to the city you may not be aware that the project, recently awarded by the council to Craig and Kim Downham, has an attached Community Schools Project. The Community Schools Project enables local schools to receive seven ninety minute skating sessions or lessons with trained instructors. In addition, children also receive a free certificate and pass to future sessions.
Managing Director, Andy Botterill said: "We thoroughly enjoyed participating in the Ice Rink set up, and it would be great to give their Community Schools Programme the recognition it deserves, as it’s a truly fantastic idea."
If you’re a local school and would like to know more about the project please contact Kim Downham directly on 07805 661352
